Four mobilized border guards repel continuous enemy’s attacks along with the fighters of 128th Mountain Infantry Brigade. In two weeks, concrete blocks and sandbags turned into rubbish. Fighters continue to hold positions in the midst of smoldering ruins. Mortar shells do not stop; terrorists try to attack the crossroads under cover of tanks and artillery.
Here, at the checkpoint “Balu” there is a clash of worldviews, civilizations, and human characters. People of different civil professions have to quickly master soldiership.
